Employee's birthday, Marriage Anniversary, Spouse's birthday, Kid's birthday's, One week during Diwali, 31st Dec and 1st Jan, Any other Mon or Fri that can turn it into a long weekend.

Our tech team is headquartered out of 91 Springboard, Yerwada, Pune. And we have a forever hybrid working model there, but tech members must be based in Pune.
Our business teams are based out of Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi and work in a hybrid model forever.
